Bread Flour is specially formulated high protein flour.   It is an unbleached blend of wheats containing a small amount breadstuff
of malted barley flour and potassium bromate.  The malted barley flour is used to feed the yeast.  The potassium bromate facilitates the bread’s rising.

Bread flour has been proven to absorb larger quantities of water than other flours, resulting in elastic dough that produces tall delicious loaves.  It is great for bread machines.

You can substitute all purpose flour for bread flour however for best results, bread flour is recommended.
