Bread Machine – Pesto Parmesan Bread

Serve your Pesto parmesan bread before dinner with wine or as a great complement to an Italian dish.  Pesto is actually a sauce originating from northern Italy.  Not interested in making your own sauce?  It may be found in your local supermarket.

Ingredients you will need: Pesto Parmesan Bread
1 ½ Pound Pesto Parmesan Bread Recipe
3 cups bread flour
1 Cup water
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
2 tbsps sugar
2 tsps active dry yeast
3 tbsps pesto
2 tbsps olive oil

1 ½ tsps dried basil

1.  Check bread machine manual for recommendations on mixing order.
2.  Place dry ingredients first into bread machine bread pan.
3.  Next your liquid ingredients.
4.  Select basic/white setting on bread making machine.  Start.
5.  After bread machine has finished, remove fresh bread, allow to cool using wire rack.
