Breadmaker Dough – Bread Making Tip

Occasionally, you might want to bake your bread the old fashion way.  You might just want to stick a pan of bread in the bread dough - bread making machineoven for old times’ sake.  Well in case you didn’t remember, even in this instance your bread making machine can be of assistance.  Use it to make your dough.  It will save you so much time.

Just place your ingredients into the bread machine's bread pan.  Use the dough setting.

Once you bread machine's dough is ready, place it in a pan, bake in oven for about 45 minutes at 400 degrees F.  Keep in mind, the actual baking time is approximate and will vary depending on your loaf's moisture content and its size.  Just watch your loaf as it is baking.  Once it begins to shrink away from the sides of the pan it should be done.

    It depends on the kind of bread. I make all kinds of bread. Both in the bread maker and in my oven. My bread maker does the same, depending on the kind of bread. Sometimes I just cut off the bottom slice and dry it for bread crumbs. The rest of the loaf is usually OK. Keep the unused bread in a bag from a cereal box,clamped closed with a chip clip. I don’t know why it works, but it does. As far as your bread in the oven, you can shape it how you want and put it on a cookie sheet or put it in a loaf pan. Your choice. Temp depend on the kind of bread. This website below has thousands of recipes. Good luck!
