1 cup pear or apple juice
6 tbsp water
2 ½ tbsp honey
2 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/3 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
4 tsp gluten
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp bread machine yeast

3. Set crust your crust - medium and use Whole Wheat baking cycle.
