Bread Machine – Gluten Free Bread

Gluten free bread is a great alternative for those of us that enjoy bread but are a little sensitive when it comes to gluten.  Although the texture may be a little different, it is still great tasting bread.  The following recipe is for Gluten free white bread.  Give it a try.

Ingredients you will need: Gluten free bread - Bread making machines
1 ¼ cup milk
3 ¼ cup gluten free white baking flour
2 eggs beaten
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 package instant dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

1. Add milk, eggs and oil to bread pan. Milk should be warm.                                         Creative Commons License photo credit: kamikaze.spoon
2. Sprinkle in flour to cover liquid.
3. Add sugar and yeast. Mix a little.
4. Add salt.
5. Set machine to quick bake cycle. Start.
6. Once done, remove bread and allow cooling on a wire rack.

Your freshly baked gluten free bread is waiting.  Let’s bake something fresh tonight.

    I am going to try making the Gluten Free Bread that is the bread i am eating now it is cheaper to make it than to buy it.
