If you are looking to make this in your bread machine DON’T! You will ruin your bread machine as the ingredients listed in this recipe do not coincide with the video attached. It is a completely different recipe. This is Apple-Cinnamon Cake. There is nothing remotely bread like about this recipe. The poster obiviously has not tried the recipe in their machine. I would say however to use this recipe if you happen to have a Kitchenaide mixer which is powerful enough to mix the ingredients. Don’t try blending the ingredients by hand as you will tire soon and most likely break a spoon. Using the Kitchenaide to blend the ingredients, I then placed the very thick batter into a loaf pan and baked at 325 F for 50 – 60 minutes turning half way through the baking cycle. It turned out just fine. Good Luck!

She was fun to watch. It’s funny, I have watched several videos and I am now realizing that no one uses a mixer to blend the ingredients. It seems like they all blend rather quickly and nicely. That is a good thing because using the mixer can be a pain.

This was a good recipe, again I would replace the walnuts with pecans!

    Thanks
